Shipping
Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS within 7-10 days of placing the order. If there are any delays, customer will be notified.
Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. For larger packages the shipping charge may need to be altered and we will contact you at the time of shipping for any additional charges.
In addition, ceramics need to be very carefully packed to prevent breakage. I use as many recycled shipping materials when I can, so if you are offended by use of plastic wrap, please know that these materials are being recycled and re-used.

Lisa Neimeth Ceramics (LNC) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. LNC will not be held accountable for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to us due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal.
Returns
Please choose and consider your purchase carefully as there are no returns except for in extenuating circumstances. Since LNC is a small owner operated business, I cannot absorb and process returns. That said, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me to discuss a solution.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged in shipment, please e-mail me a photo of the damage within 5 days and keep the item and the packaging until notified. I will handle the claim with UPS or USPS and send a replacement to you free of charge as soon as possible.
Disclaimers
All work from LNC is handmade from beginning to end. Because of this, there will be slight imperfections and variations that I do not see as flaws, but instead make my products unique. We consider these natural variations a beautiful part of the process, and hope you will enjoy your truly one-of-a-kind, handmade purchases. In addition, glaze colors may appear slightly different in person due to the nature of whatever kind of device you may be viewing the work on.
